The heart and the upper back are those parts of the body generally associated with the sign of Leo. The spine as a whole is also important for Leo. The heart, where courage traditionally lies is in this region which suits Leo well.
Leo is an energetic and athletic character and provided that Leo maintains a good diet and gets sufficient sleep then Leo should stay healthy.
Due to the fact that Leo has a healthy appetite for most things - particularly food – Leo must be careful not to overindulge. If Leo disregards this advice then weight problems may ensue. If this occurs then Leo may also be subject to diabetes later in life if their weight gets out of control.
